Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Valid Working With Children Check (where applicable)

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable access to a vehicle

First Aid & CPR certification (current or willing to obtain)

Full working rights in Australia

Ability to complete required NDIS compliance training modules

A minimum 2 years Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services

Experience supporting daily living, personal care, or community access

Confidence working in home-based or community environments

Exposure to complex support needs or behaviours (highly regarded, not essential)

Understanding of person-centred support approaches

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar)

Experience supporting individuals with autism, psychosocial needs, or high support needs

Strong written communication for case notes and reporting

evidence of ongoing learning, personal development, or self-led education

Familiarity with NDIS frameworks and expectations
