This didn’t start as a business idea — it started from being in it. It came from watching her own mum move through dementia, and seeing just how much the right support can steady everything. It came rom showing up for her granddaughter Audrey, and understanding firsthand what it means to navigate a world that isn’t always built to meet you where you are.
Over time, it became clear — support isn’t just about being there. It’s about how it’s delivered, how it fits, and how consistently it shows up. Highroad was built from those moments. Not from theory, but from lived experience — and a commitment to do it properly, because when support fits the way it should, everything changes.
